  • Advert text The E-Comms Editor is the lead for e-communications and e-marketing across the organisation. You will strategically develop our e- communications platforms, making sure we are getting the most effective use from our communications and our platform. You will identify areas for improvement across all users and lead its development. You will set, monitor and respond to engagement measurements. You will make sure we have effective email-marketing journeys for those applying to our programmes. Working with the Recruitment Marketing Managers you will review and develop sophisticated and engaging e-mail content and segmentation to compel people to apply and start our programmes. You will set a high-quality framework for other areas of the organisation using the platform. You will proactively develop our training offer for colleagues across the organisation, so they are confident and supported to deliver high quality e- communications and e-marketing. You will ensure that content is both engaging and effective, identify and share best practice. You will also ensure our e- communications works for our evolving brand.
